CAMFEBA is currently seeking qualified Cambodian candidates, male or female, for the following positions. Please click on any position for its qualifications and responsibilities respectively:

Job Title: Membership Services Executive

Duty Station: CAMFEBA, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Reporting Line: Membership Services Department Manager

 Responsibilities

 A. General Management:

  • Provide coaching and OJT to membership services assistant.

  • Look after the overall performance of a membership services assistant.

 B. Business Development:

  • Be a part of responsible team for revenue generation, promoting CAMFEBA’s membership and target assigned by the department head.

  • Participate in mobilizing resource through various forms of sponsorship and advertisements.

  • Develop weekly work plan and monthly sales performance report.

  • Be responsible with the membership team in developing and analyzing Client Need Assessment (CNA).

 C. External Relations:

  • Build up good communication with all members.

  • Entertaining call-in and walk-in potential members.

  • Conduct regular company visit to all target companies.

  • Join the membership team to regularly organize CAMFEBA events.

  • Conduct yourself in accordance with CAMFEBA’s Code of Conduct.

  • Others as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Graduate of business administration or related field

  • At least one year experience in sales, marketing or communications is advantage

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and E-mail

  • Knowledgeable in market research or other fields

  • Good at communication and customer satisfaction

  • Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within the deadline

  • Be flexible, initiative and creativity

  • Honest, highly committed and following the work ethics

  • Be able to work in the team and individually

  • Be able to work full-time and ability to work under pressure

  • Good in both verbal and written English
