Job Title:Training & Development Executive

Duty Station: CAMFEBA, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Reporting Line: Membership Services Manager


Under the supervision and monitoring of the Membership Services Manager, the Training & Development Executive is responsible for, but not limit to, the following duties and responsibilities:

A. Business Development

  • Work with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies for CAMFEBA’s training services.
  • Work with the team to address training needs and identify potential clients.
  • Research and identify new training tools and courses based on the market needs.
  • Work with the team to recruit qualified trainer and expand collaboration with partners.

B. Sales and External Relations

  • Regularly conduct the meeting with clients to present CAMFEBA’s training services
  • Develop and submit training proposals to clients
  • Work with the team to prepare monthly training courses
  • Day to day follow up with the clients

C. Coordination & administration

  • Facilitate both public and customized training
  • Work with the team to prepare the necessary facilities and materials prior, during and after the training.
  • Work with the team to push participants recruitment
  • Work with team to develop training articles for newsletter
  • Develop monthly individual and department report
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

  Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, education or other related disciplines;
  • At least minimum of one year working experience in related fields;
  • Fluent in both Khmer and English language;
  • Good networking and communication
  • Good command of computer skills: Word, Excel, and Power Point, Ms. Outlook, Internet and E-mail, etc.
  • Strong commitment and willing to learn new things
  • Be proactive, creative, self-motivated and willing to work in team
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to travel to the provinces
  • Have personal transportation.
