Mr. Eam Ravy is Legal and Information Officer of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations –CAMFEBA. His main roles and responsibilities are to advise members through emails –phone call, issues pertaining legal obligations to the Royal Government such as the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Ministry of Commerce, Councils Development Cambodia (CDC), and NSSF. Keeping members updated through emails, phone calls, towards legal compliance obligations to relevant Ministries. Developing monthly report relating legal consultations, the legal information and analysis. Collecting, analyzing and disseminating information that is of interest of members including arbitral awards, new laws and regulations.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA, he worked for German Organization named Heinrich Boell Stiftung, Cambodia (HBS), in the position of Legal Assistant and Advisor for 3 years. He also has worked as a Legal Officer at Vishnu Law Group for one year.

Mr. Ravy graduated his Bachelor Degree of Law and Social Sciences from Build Bright University (BBU) in 2013 and he graduated Master Degree of Law in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Science of Economics (RULE) in 2015. In addition, he graduated a Diploma of General English Program from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and General English Program (GEP-Level 12 IELTs test graduated) from ACE the Australia Center for Education school.

Ms. Tuy Sreyroth is a Legal Compliance Officer of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations – CAMFEBA. Her main roles and responsibilities are to advice member on issues pertaining to legal obligations with the Royal Government, advice members on procedure of legal compliance implementation to operation their business legally based on labor law, handle clients’ cases and report relating to legal compliance service to the Legal Department Compliance, keep members updated on legal compliance obligation with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational training and NSSF, promote legal compliance services with members through telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, run the legal compliance services to the Legal Department Manager, and be responsible for on NSSF contribution payment for clients.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA, she has worked as a legal intern at Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), where she carried out numerous tasks such as recording cases, providing assistance in updating spreadsheets, updating case procedure and expenditure lists and preparing requests to government ministries and the courts, including asking for permission arrange prison to human right defenders under detention, and so on. Furthermore, she has worked as an observer for Anti-Corruption Unit and she used to work as a teacher of English at ECTS center.

Ms. Tuy Sreyroth is pursuing a Bachelor Degree of Law and Social science, majoring In Law at Build Bright University (BBU). She is going to graduate the Bachelor Degree of Law and Social Science on May in 2017. She speaks Khmer and English very well.

As a Membership Services Dept Manager of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations - CAMFEBA, he is the head of Membership Services Department who manages and controls the general membership services including internal and external relationship, membership services, events, facilitation, business communication and development. He has the main roles and responsibilities for leading the membership services team responsible for bringing together our members to strengthen the employers’ voice to achieve ‘Successful Business, Prosperous Cambodia’. His team is involved in public awareness activities, membership events and external relations for the association. He has also been involving in developing many of the publications of CAMFEBA, making available to their members to help business development in Cambodia. His business market knowledge helps bring together practical concepts with marketable ideas. His significant networks within both in Cambodia and internationally, help strengthen knowledge for both existing and new members. His ability to professionally communicate with all levels of business, government and international organizations makes him a key asset to business development for CAMFEBA.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA many years, he has lot of practical experiences in internal and external relationship, membership services, events, facilitation, business communication and development. He shared seven years’ experience in external relations working with companies and organizations within the public and private sector. His vast experience in sales and marketing management provides him a strong platform in customer service and communications.

Mr. Sophoan graduated his BA in Economics and he is currently studying for his MBA at Norton University. He speaks Khmer and English very well.

As the Senior Membership Services Executive for the Federation, Rothmuney has the significant roles to support the membership manager to manage day to day operation of the membership department as well as the public relation activities. He is a part of the key driving team to engage in membership recruitment and retention, sales and marketing activities, and event arrangements for the federation. He puts a lot commitment and energy with the membership team to enhance the professional services for the members.

Prior to onboarding with CAMFEBA, he used to work for Fuquan Wood Furniture Co., Ltd as a sales Manager for almost two years, a Sales Coordinator for Wuerth Cambodia and an English Teacher for University of Technology (IIC) for many years 

Rothmuney graduated the Bachelor degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Build Bright University (BBU) and another Bachelor of Economics degree from university of Cambodia (UC). He speaks Khmer and English very well.

As the Membership Services Officer for federation, Theara has significant roles to manage day to day operation of Siem Reap office as well as responsible for all public relation activities and training services. Typically, he is also, under the support from the membership team, engaging in sales and marketing activities plus event arrangement for the association. He put a lot of commitment and energy with the membership team to establish CAMFEBA Professional Marketing Network “CAMmanet Club” based in Siem Reap and was appointed to be the Club Secretary since then.

Theara started his carrier at CAMFEBA as an Intern staff and put a lot effort toward the organizational development. Within his strong commitment and willingness to learn new things, he has been promoted to Membership Services Officer after his internship period. Prior to CAMFEBA, he used to work as a Human Resources Supervisor for more than three years at PROTEK Cambodia Security Co., Ltd. 

In conjunction with his professional background, Theara just graduated his BA in English for International Business at the Build Bright Uiversity (BBU).  he can speak English very well.

Sothan started his carrier at CAMFEBA as an Intern staff and put a lot effort toward the organizational development. Within his strong commitment and willingness to learn new things, he has been promoted to Membership Services Assistant after finished his internship period. Prior to CAMFEBA, he used to work as a front office in hotel sector for more than one and half years.

Sothan is a third year student in Economic at Cambodian University for Specialties. He speaks Khmer and English very well.

Mr. Yoeurm Borann is Operations Manager of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations. He has over 7 years of experience administering human resource, administration, and financial management of CAMFEBA, and exercising oversight of relevant projects undertaken the organization.

Since he joined CAMFEBA as a volunteer of Youth Employment and Social Dialogue Project in 2009, Mr. Yoeurm has grown professionally within the organization due to his expertise in financial, organizational, and project management.

Mr. Yoeurm holds a bachelor degree in Science, specializing in Mathematics and Physics from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Further, he has completed the diploma in Cambodian Taxation, CamEd Business School, and many local and overseas professional training programs.

As a Human Resource & Administration Executive of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations -CAMFEBA, she has the main roles and responsibilities for arranging and execute recruiting and hiring process, ensure that the compensations and benefits providing to staffs are in compliance with regulations of governments, keep good relations between CAMFEBA and its employees, and smoothly implementing daily administration tasks and other logistic arrangements.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA, she used to work as an International Officer at the Private Education Institute and Liaison Officer at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. She obtained her training and research on human rights, corruption and the law from Australian Leadership Awards Fellowships (ALAF) Program, Australia and other research at local NGO.

Ms. Sreymom graduated her Master Degree of Laws at Cambodian Mekong University and Bachelor Degree of law at Royal University of Law and Economics. Nowadays, she is a senior student of Bachelor Degree of International Relations at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.  She speaks Khmer and English very well.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA, she used to work as shipping assistant at HUEY CHUEN (CAMBODIA) Co., Ltd. Then I worked as accounting assistant at SOKAN TRANSPORT Co., Ltd, accounting contractor at COMMUNLEGAL EDUCATION CENTER (CLEC), Administrative and Financial Assistant at Housing Rights Task Force (HRTF), Accountant at Housing Rights Task Force (HRTF). Through above positions, I have achieve worked involving in Budget planning, Review requests, invoices, preparation of receipt and payments, Banking activities, Computer Accounting and recording, Management of Cash on hand funds, Reporting & Prepare Tax Declaration Forms: Staff Salary, Benefits, office rental, consultants.., etc.

Ms. Srun Sopheap graduated her Bachelor Degree in Accounting of VANDA INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTING. She completed a course on Ms Word & Ms Excel, Peachtree, Quick Book and M.Y.O.B at VANDA Institute, Intensive Labor Law at CLEC, Basic HIV/AIDS Response in the Workplace at KHANA, Experience and Practical on Cambodian Taxation at FICAR, Basic Financial Management at SILAKA and Financial Management for Finance Manager at VBNK.

By joining CAMFEBA many years, he has lot of practical experiences in hardware, software, design, web development, internet and servicer monitoring, networking system. He dedicates his efforts for information system practice, network and software application, equipment and hardware management practice and design, and web solution development.

Mr. Rathana graduated his bachelor degree in Management Information System (MIS) from the SETEC University. Besides, he completed a course on Computer Maintenance Course Operating System Setup Software, System Hardware and Troubleshooting at Information Computer School (ICS).  He speaks Khmer and English very well.

As a Training Department Manager of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations - CAMFEBA, he is the head of Training Department who manages and controls the general training including training need assessment, design course content, training development and training evaluation. He has the main roles and responsibilities for preparing annual work plan for the training department within clear indicators, conducting Training Needs Assessment and research, and developing materials and training proposals to clients. In terms of marketing and sale promotion areas, he develops and implements the marketing strategy for the training programs of CAMFEBA, promotes and increases the sales volume of training courses. Furthermore, he monitors, assesses and analyzes the growth, need and demand in the training markets in Cambodia.

Prior to joining CAMFEBA, he had taught English as a Second Language for almost 10 years, specifically for advanced English level. On top of this, he had professional experience working at a leading Microfinance Institution “Cambodian Entrepreneur Building (CEB)” today known as “Sathapana Limited”, as an Internal Auditor, and at another world’s leading Accounting Firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers Cambodia Limited, as an External Auditor.

Mr. Yutho graduated his Master Degree of Arts (M.A.) in English from Norton University, Master Degree of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Banking from Build Bright University and  Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Tourism from National Institute of Management, today known as National University of Management. Least but not last, he is currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification at CamEd Business School.
