This HR Club organzes a meeting once every two months even though it can also convene extra-ordinary meeting in case of emergency. The topics for discussion is sent to the secretariat by the members and selected by the Steering Committee consisting of the Club leader, the Deputy-Club leader, and the secretary. Objectives

Having seen the challenges and many issues being faced by many HR personnels in her member companies and the need to enhance the close relationship with them, CAMFEBA has initiated to formulate an HR club consisting of HR personnel and other HR-related staff from its member companies and associations. This club will serve as the information, experiences and best practice sharing center.

  1. Organizational Development
  2. Case Discussion on topic relating to HR Strategy. Ie: HR Strategy to cope with Economic Crisis
  3. Grievance Handling Management
  4. Salary survey 2009
  5. Management Change
  6. Performance System shared by other participants
  7. Collaboration between HR Club members (sharing for mutual benefit – but this needs to be managed well, it should not be a case of some members doing a lot of work and then other members just accessing that work without returning the favor.Maybe a project on something where all members could contribute data or ideas?Or a more detailed survey about certain HR requirements?)
Membership Eligibility

In order to meet the above purpose, the HR Club is open to only the HR-related personnel for free of charge. Those who are already a member of CAMFEBA, they will become our HR Club member automatically, however, all members will be required to complete an application form which will be reviewed by the HR Club Leader in order to validate their membership. The applicant will be notified of the admission result within seven (7) days after the receipt of the application form.
