Developing a friendly and safety working environment for employees is one of the most important task to do in order to enhance the employee productivities and contribution growth to an organization. The managers in charge of OSH could challenge to make good labor relationship basis and contribute productivity growth by improving working environment in collaboration with all management team and employees.
This program, designed from the employers’ point of view, provides participants with the knowledge of OSH management, especially to find solutions by applying concepts and methodology through lectures, Case study, company visit and discussions.

Ms. Etsuko Yoshikawa

Tokyo Ariake University of Medical

and Health Sciences

Etsuko Yoshikawa graduated from Tokai University Junior College of Nursing and Medical technology in 1994, and Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Tokai University in 2000.She completed a master's course of a Graduate School of Health Sciences, Tokai University in 2002 and a doctor’s course of Graduate School of Nursing Science, St. Luke's International University in 2015. She became Certified Occupational Health Nurse, certified by the Japan Society for Occupational Health (JSOH) in 2005 and Senior professional, Senior Occupational Health Nurse (PHN) certified by the JSOH in 2016.

She is now Assistant professor of Tokyo Ariake University of Medical and Health Sciences, and also serves in the Research fellow of The Ohara memorial Institute for Science of Labour concurrently. Her major areas of interests are research and practices for practical improvements of workplace environment and working conditions in terms of occupational safety and health. She also joins working in technical cooperation projects for Asian countries, she contributes to developing training packages by participatory approaches for work improvements in small enterprises and in health care settings.

Other various training related to leaderships, key tools for supporting manufacturing operation management to high standard both local and international.

Being Employed by Crown Beverage Cans ( Cambodia) Limited in the last 10 years with history of roles as Process Quality Engineer, QA/CTS Dep. Manager, WCP/OSH Dep. Manager, ISO / Improvement Manager and currently holding position of production and engineering manager. The other 3 years worked for Local construction material as technical manager and for N.C.X (Honda) motorcycle as QIC/Warranty / Service executive.

Manufacturing operation management at World Class Performance ( WCP ) Level , Manufacturing technical management, process improvement tools and technique, customer technical service, supplier management and material qualification with the qualification of Quality management system and customer technical service ( ISO 9001), Food Safety( FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, PAS223, GMP and HACCP ), Occupation Health and Safety and Environment Management system ( OSHAS18001 and ISO 14001).
