ABOUT US

As of 2011, CAMFEBA is collectively representing over 1000 employers, both unionized and non-unionized. Our membership includes small and medium enterprises, leading Cambodian businesses, multinational companies and Cambodia's major business associations covering all business sectors.

With recognition from the Royal Government of Cambodia and the International Labour Organization as well as other local and international agencies as the most representative voice of employers in Cambodia, CAMFEBA is representing employers at all relevant local and international bodies.

Our representations are to ensure that the voices of employers are heard, to address issues affecting the welfare and interest of employers in general and to contribute to the social and economic development.

CAMFEBA acts as the sole employers’ representative from Cambodia to the annual International Labor Conference in Geneva and the biennial Asia Pacific High Level Employers Conference.

To ensure the voice of employers is fully heard, we sit in many tripartite and bi-partite committees such as:

  • The 8th Working Group of Government-Private Sector Forum
  • Labour Advisory Committee  (LAC)
  • National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
  • The National Training Board
  • National Council of Arbitration
  • National Task Force on Occupational Health and Safely
  • Project Steering Committee of ILO/Japan Asian Regional Programme for Expansion of Employment
  • Project Advisory Committee of ILO’s Labour Dispute Resolution Project
  • Technical Advisory Group for MoLVT/AC Demand for Good Governance (DFGG)
  • Bipartite Committee with the Union
  • Task Force on Foreign Labour Monitoring Unit
  • National Sub-Committee on Child Labour and Other Forms of Commercial Exploitation
