With the continuous increment of new members, CAMFEBA needs to work much harder in representing and safeguarding the members’ interest. However, we strongly believe that all the successes we achieved would not have happened if there had been no active participations and supports from all members. We believe that our team will bring and utilize our knowledge and experiences to strengthen and leverage the service of CAMFEBA to the highest appreciation and satisfaction from our members.
Mr. Som Chamnan is currently the Executive Manager of CAMFEBA. Besides managing the daily operations from the strategic perspective, he also provides Labor Law training and advising members of CAMFEBA on HR compliances with the Cambodian Labor Law.
Mr. Chamnan has extensively practical knowledge and experiences in HR Compliance with Cambodian Labor Law. He has been working in this field for over 5 years through providing advice to employers. He used to work as the Legal Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation-ACF, where he also provided legal support to arbitrators and conducted many training courses on Labor Law-related topics for employers and workers, court clerks, lawyer students, etc.
Mr. Chamnan holds Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economic Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He is a member of many Tripartite committees representing employers. Mr. Chamnan can speak Khmer and English very well.

Mr. Chamrong SOUM is a Legal and Compliance Manager of CAMFEBA with the responsibilities in managing the Legal Department of organization and managing project on Promoting the Sound Industrial Relations in Cambodia. He is also an Attorney-at-Law for CAMFEBA, providing the legal consultation and represent clients at Arbitration Council and courts. His specific expertise in this field was gained from both of more than 8 years experiences with law firms and NGOs. Mr. Chamrong is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Before joining CAMFEBA, he is an Attorney at Law to Cambodia International Law Firm and Asia Cambodia Law Firm. He also worked for NGO Committee on the Rights of the Child (NGOCRC) in various positions such as Technical Advisor, Secretary General and Information Manager; for another organization called Child Assistance for Mobilization and Participation (CAMP) for the position Deputy Director and Administrator. Mr. Chamrong holds Bachelor and Master Degree of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economic Science in Phnom Penh. He can speak Khmer and English very well.

Mr. Engkakada DANH is the Operations Manager/Legal Associates of CAMFEBA. He is responsible for managing the daily operation of the organization and providing the legal advices to members of CAMFEBA. Mr. Kakada has practised the Cambodian Labor Law for more than 2 years through his work as the Legal Advisor with a leading Law firm in Cambodia.
Besides the Labor Law, Mr. Kakada has outstanding expertise in Commercial Law, Project Management, Training and Interpretation as he has worked with several local and international organizations, law firms, and governmental departments. Mr. Kakada obtained the Master’s Degree of Law (LLM) from the Transnational Law and Business University South Korea. He is also expected to get the Master’s Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University of Australia next year. He also holds the Bachelor’s Degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economic. More importantly, he used to do the internship with many international Organizations in China, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Italy and Belgium such as the World Trade organization (WTO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Court of Justice (ICJ), International Criminal Court (ICC), International Labor Organization (ILO), and Chinese Supreme Court. Mr. Kakada can speak Khmer and English very well.

Mr HUON Sokpheaneath is an Information and Legal officer of CAMFEBA and also a part-time lecturer of law at the Royal University of Law and Economic Science (RULE). In his position with CAMFEBA, he is providing legal advice and conducting training to companies on labor law and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). At RULE, he is researching and teaching the basic private laws that interrelated with each other and link to the economic environment such as Obligation Law, International Private Law, Company Law, Business Law, Financial market Law, Labor Law and Analyses Economic of Law. Through his legal research and teaching, he could deepen and understand the philosophy of law as well as its social and economical purposes very well.
Mr. Sokpheaneath graduated the Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia and Lumière Lyon II University in France, where he majored in Private Law. He also got Master Degree of Enterprise Activities Law from Lumière Lyon II University, where he was specialized in European and International Contract Law. Mr. Sokpheaneath can speak Khmer, English and French very well.

Mr. Sim Hongseang is the Legal Compliance Officer of CAMFEBA. He advises members on procedures of legal compliance implementation to operate their business legally based on labor law or some issues pertaining to legal obligations that are imposed by the Ministry Labor and Vocational Training, Ministry of Commerce, Council for Development of Cambodia (CDC), and National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
He has very extensive knowledge and experiences related to legal research within 4 years at University. He graduated the Bachelor of Law from Pannasastra University of Cambodia. He was very enthusiastic as the Legal Intern at Extra- Ordinary Chamber in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC) in the office of Co-prosecutor with main responsibilities of assisting both national and international prosecutor to do research on law, and translation from kmer to English and vice versa. Mr. Sim Hong Seang is fresh colleague who is vested with a wide range of experiences in the field of labor and legal consultations. He can speak Khmer and English very well.
Mr. Tep Sophoan, Marketing and External Relations Executive of CAMFEBA, is a focal person in marketing department and association particularly on the external affair and oversea training program. He is currently in charge of developing the marketing strategy and operational plan in order to promote the membership, develop marketing materials and newsletter for CAMFEBA, control on the membership and website database and ensure that the website is up-to-date. Furthermore, he is also responsible for oversea training program and external affairs for the association in order to represent and coordinate for almost CAMFEBA’s local and International meetings/workshops even though Sophoan has many years of experience in marketing and communication fields.
In conjunction wit his professional background, Sophoan successfully graduated BA at Norton University in 2009. Moreover, he has also attended many local and internaltional training courses conducted by professional training centers and CAMFEBA.

Mr. SAO Sovan, the IT Officer of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System (MIS) from the SETEC University. Moreover, Sovan graduated Advanced Spectrum Level 12 from BELTEI International Institute.
In addition, the areas of IT tasks with CAMFEBA, he plays very important role to maintain and take care all system includes networking, software, hardware and regularly scanning virus of the facility, coordinating and maintaining of information resource center such as internet Service and library, Perform assessments of staff skills and create training plan, Evaluate need for regular systems administration. In his professional Skills, Sovan also responsible for all graphic design of CAMFEBA’s publication especially he also works as a web developer for CAMFEBA.
