Mr. Som Chamnan is currently the Executive Director of CAMFEBA. Besides managing the daily operations from the strategic perspective, he also provides Labor Law training and advising members of CAMFEBA on HR compliances with the Cambodian Labor Law.
Mr. Chamnan has extensively practical knowledge and experiences in HR Compliance with Cambodian Labor Law. He has been working in this field for over 5 years through providing advice to employers. He used to work as the Legal Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation-ACF, where he also provided legal support to arbitrators and conducted many training courses on Labor Law-related topics for employers and workers, court clerks, lawyer students, etc.
Mr. Chamnan holds Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economic Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He is a member of many Tripartite committees representing employers. Mr. Chamnan can speak Khmer and English very well.

Mr. Chamrong SOUM is a Legal and Compliance Manager of CAMFEBA with the responsibilities in managing the Legal Department of organization and managing project on Promoting the Sound Industrial Relations in Cambodia. He is also an Attorney-at-Law for CAMFEBA, providing the legal consultation and represent clients at Arbitration Council and courts. His specific expertise in this field was gained from both of more than 8 years experiences with law firms and NGOs. Mr. Chamrong is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Before joining CAMFEBA, he is an Attorney at Law to Cambodia International Law Firm and Asia Cambodia Law Firm. He also worked for NGO Committee on the Rights of the Child (NGOCRC) in various positions such as Technical Advisor, Secretary General and Information Manager; for another organization called Child Assistance for Mobilization and Participation (CAMP) for the position Deputy Director and Administrator. Mr. Chamrong holds Bachelor and Master Degree of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economic Science in Phnom Penh. He can speak Khmer and English very well.
Mr. Engkakada DANH is the Operations Manager/Legal Associates of CAMFEBA. He is responsible for managing the daily operation of the organization and providing the legal advices to members of CAMFEBA. Mr. Kakada has practised the Cambodian Labor Law for more than 2 years through his work as the Legal Advisor with a leading Law firm in Cambodia.
Besides the Labor Law, Mr. Kakada has outstanding expertise in Commercial Law, Project Management, Training and Interpretation as he has worked with several local and international organizations, law firms, and governmental departments. Mr. Kakada obtained the Master’s Degree of Law (LLM) from the Transnational Law and Business University South Korea. He is also expected to get the Master’s Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University of Australia next year. He also holds the Bachelor’s Degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economic. More importantly, he used to do the internship with many international Organizations in China, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Italy and Belgium such as the World Trade organization (WTO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Court of Justice (ICJ), International Criminal Court (ICC), International Labor Organization (ILO), and Chinese Supreme Court. Mr. Kakada can speak Khmer and English very well.
Mr HUON Sokpheaneath is an Information and Legal officer of CAMFEBA and also a part-time lecturer of law at the Royal University of Law and Economic Science (RULE). In his position with CAMFEBA, he is providing legal advice and conducting training to companies on labor law and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). At RULE, he is researching and teaching the basic private laws that interrelated with each other and link to the economic environment such as Obligation Law, International Private Law, Company Law, Business Law, Financial market Law, Labor Law and Analyses Economic of Law. Through his legal research and teaching, he could deepen and understand the philosophy of law as well as its social and economical purposes very well.
Mr. Sokpheaneath graduated the Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia and Lumière Lyon II University in France, where he majored in Private Law. He also got Master Degree of Enterprise Activities Law from Lumière Lyon II University, where he was specialized in European and International Contract Law. Mr. Sokpheaneath can speak Khmer, English and French very well.

Mr. VO Vanarith is currently the Legal Compliance Officer of CAMFEBA. He advises and assists members on procedures of legal compliance implementation to operate their business legally based on labor law and some issues pertaining to legal obligations that are imposed by the Ministry Labor and Vocational Training, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Justice, Council for Development of Cambodia (CDC), and National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
He has intensive experiences related to legal field including legal research and writing, legal consultation, substantive law and procedural law in which he was equipped through out 4 year training program at the university. He used to work at various private and public institutions such as an administrative assistance at Ministry of Environment, a librarian at PSE, a translator at SMART International Consultation, and a private English tutor. Mr. VO Vanarith holds dual bachelor degrees in Law at Pannasastra University of Cambodia and in Economic “Rural Development” at Cambodian Mekong University. He can speak Khmer, English, and Thai very well.
Mr. Ly Bun San is now working for CAMFEBA—Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations—as a Training Manager; he also helps the training department of CAMFEBA as a professional trainer as well due to the fact that he has undergone a number of professional training programs, especially Trainers’ Training Course on Management Training Program in Osaka, Japan.
He used to work as the Dean of Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Languages at Asia Euro University, and the TESOL Program Manager and Educational Consultant at Newton Thilay Community. Apart from working in educational management, he has been teaching at various well-known universities—NUM, PUC, NU, WU, AEU, BNN, and other educational institutions.
With high distinction, he successfully graduated with a Master’s Degree of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA in TESOL) in 2009 and a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language in 2004 at Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).
Mr. Prim Somony, Training Executive of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). He graduated with a bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from
Mr. Orm Ponareay, Training Assistant of CAMFEBA, He assists the training manager to facilitate the trainings, design training schedule and prepare training material once it come on exist.
Additionally, Ponnareay also plays an important role to maintain all system includes networking, software, hardware, coordinating and maintaining of information resource center such as internet Service and library. Perform assessments of staff skills and create training plan, Evaluate need for regular systems administration. In his professional Skills, Ponnareay also responsible for all graphic design of CAMFEBA’s publication especially he also works as a web developer for CAMFEBA.
Ponareay earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System (MIS) from the SETEC University.
Mr. Tep Sophoan, the Senior Marketing and External Relations Executive of CAMFEBA, is a focal person in marketing department and association particularly on the external affair and oversea training program. He is currently in charge of developing the marketing strategy and operational plan in order to promote the membership, develop marketing materials and newsletter for CAMFEBA, update and edit on the membership and website database and ensure that the website is up-to-date. Furthermore, he is also responsible for oversea training program and external affairs for the association in order to represent and coordinate for almost CAMFEBA’s local and International meetings/workshops even though Sophoan has many years of experience in marketing and communication fields.
In conjunction wit his professional background, Sophoan successfully graduated BA at Norton University in 2009. Moreover, he has also attended many local and internaltional training courses conducted by interenational professional training centers and CAMFEBA.
Mr. Sen Saman is currently the Marketing Executive of CAMFEBA. He was working hard and dealing with the entire problem with work and people by talking action and honestly together with respectfully. He have maintained good relationship with all departments for the company as well as other institution. He have strong developed and Implement a clear and appropriate marketing and promotional strategy and SWOT analysis and also strong in leadership and work team and very good understanding of people behavior.
Besides of working with CAMFEBA, Saman have a background of Marketing during He had four years experiences with many Companies and FMCG Company and Deputy Marketing Officer with Human Resources Development for two years and six months. He know and multi work a lot about labor law and coordinated to the Labor's problems and Arrangement all the documents as completed (CV, Construction Agreement, Pass port, Bring Construction Agreement to Ministry of Labor and Training).
In addition, Saman Graduated BBA form Build Bright University in Major Marketing Management and He has Excellent Khmer and English verbal and written communication skills, including translation & interpretation, Effective time management and superior organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work well in a team and Oriented toward service and continual performance improvement and planning highly desirable.

Mr. Yoeum Boran, Finance and Admin Executive of CAMFEBA
Ms. Chhon Kimsan, Admin & Finance Assistant of CAMFEBA, She is responsible for administrative and finance tasks of the organization. Ms. Kimsan has a strong background in finance concept and administrative affairs with several year experiences with respective organization. She holds Bachelor Degree of Finance and Banking at National University of Management.

Mr. SAO Sovan, the IT Officer of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System (MIS) from the SETEC University. Moreover, Sovan graduated Advanced Spectrum Level 12 from BELTEI International Institute.
In addition, the areas of IT tasks with CAMFEBA, he plays very important role to maintain and take care all system includes networking, software, hardware and regularly scanning virus of the facility, coordinating and maintaining of information resource center such as internet Service and library, Perform assessments of staff skills and create training plan, Evaluate need for regular systems administration. In his professional Skills, Sovan also responsible for all graphic design of CAMFEBA’s publication especially he also works as a web developer for CAMFEBA.
Ms. Sok Dalis, Project Coordinator
Mr. Heng Kit Sophal, Project Assistant for ILO IPEC on the Child Labor Elimination Project of CAMFEBA. Within this position, he is responsible for budget controlling, preparing the Financial Report to donor, traslating various document, and coordinating of events, workshops and seminars. Currently, he is a fourth year student both at Pannasastras University of Cambodia (PUC), in the field of International Relations (IR) and at Cambodian Mekong University (CMU), in the field of Economic Development. His strong understanding of various social issues plus past university experience enables him to feel enthusiastically about the job and combine his theoretical knowledge with practical work experience to involve deeply in the project.
