CAMFEBA has developed an extensive range of services designed to meet the needs of employers operating in Cambodia. These services are available to all CAMFEBA members.

Legal Advisory Services

  • Advise members on matters related to collective bargaining and strikes and all labour-related issues
  • Provide solutions relating to mass layoffs and termination of contracts
  • Provide consultation and legal opinion in the arbitration process
  • Assist and represent members during labour disputes as follows:

- Enterprise Level Negotiation

- Ministry Level Reconciliation

- Arbitration Case preparation and representation, and

Training and Networking Opportunities

  • CAMFEBA provide local training on topics relating to Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Customer Services, Sales & Marketing, Tax & Accounting, Project Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Labor Law. Our local Training Courses are categorized into Customized Training Programme and Corporate Training Programme.

  • Changing Company Registration Certificate to new model with the Ministry of Commerce

  • Making Employment Book for Foreign Employees with MoLVT
  • Registration and Revision of Internal Work Rule with MoLVT

Lobby and Advocacy

As one of core services of every Employer’s Organization around the world, CAMFEBA plays an active role in lobbying with the government, trade unions and other relevant stakeholders to protect the rights and interests of employers in Cambodia. One of success stories in this service was the reduction of the rate to be contributed to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) by employers from 1.76% to 0.8%.

Research and Publications

To provide the concrete information with the supporting data to our members, CAMFEBA has joint with members to conduct various studies. One of the most successful studies we have made was the “Youth and Employment: Bridging the Gap”. Moreover, CAMFEBA has also made some publications such as the NSSF Guidebook and Guide for employers on Strategic Collective Bargaining.
