NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

In order to help members build network with one another, CAMFEBA has established the HR Club in 2005 and the CAMFEBA-NICC Alumni Network (CAMNICA) in 2009. The HR Club currently has over 100 members who are HR practitioners from various companies and organizations that are members of CAMFEBA. The Club meets regularly once every two months to discuss/share any particular issues relating to HR management and labor law that are of interest of members. Only HR practitioners from members of CAMFEBA are eligible to be a member of this Club. On the other hand, CAMNICA is another networking forum for former participants of the training programme in Japan under the collaboration between CAMFEBA and the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation Center (NICC) as well as the Association for Oversea Technical Scholarship (AOTS).

Besides, CAMFEBA also provides the opportunity to members to join many national workshops/trainings organized by the Royal Government and the ILO.
