      6th Industrial Relations Team (IRT) Meeting    

      Under the ASEAN-ILO/Japan Industrial Relations Project, the IRT meeting is organized once a year in preparation for the ALMM/SLOM where the projects planned activities are endorsed by the Project Coordination Committee (PCC) and further,  representatives from Government (Thailand and Viet Nam), Workers (Indonesia and Cambodia), and Employers (Singapore and Cambodia) will be invited to participated at this meeting.

      CAMFEBA-AOTS Training Program

      The collaboration between CAMFEBA and the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation Center (NICC) has come to exist since 2003 after CAMFEBA became a member of the Confederation of Asia- Pacific Employers (CAPE). Since then, CAMFEBA and her members have been enjoying the supports from NICC in the area of Human Resources development. Even though, NICC have disbaded in March 2010, but we still recieved thesse Oversea trainings under the full support from The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS). There are around 6 courses per year that members can join under full scholarship from AOTS. All those courses are Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (IR & HRM), Trainers’ Training Program on Management Training Program (MTP-TT), Occupational Safety and Health Management and Work Environment Improvement (OSH) and so on.

      This is the 12-day program will be attended by 25 participants from Bangladesh (BEF), Cambodia (CAMFEBA), China (CEC), India (AIOE, EFI), Indonesia (APINDO), Lao P.D.R (LNCCI), Malaysia (MEF), Myanmar (UMFCCI), Mongolia (MONEF), Nepal (FNCCI-EC), Pakistan (EFP), the Philippines (ECOP), Sri Lanka (EFC), Thailand (ECOT, ECNTHAI), and Vietnam (VCCI); the course will be conducted in English.

      • Target participants:

      Only Cambodian and those who have responsibility for industrial relations/ human resource management/ human resource development in their companies or organizations and are willing to play a key role for the dissemination of knowledge in the field of IR/HRM/HRD acquired from the program in their respective countries.

      This is the 17-day program will be attended by 15 participants from Bangladesh (BEF), Cambodia (CAMFEBA), Indonesia (APINDO), Laos (LNCCI), Malaysia (MEF), Mongolia (MONEF), Nepal (FNCCI), Pakistan (EFP), the Philippines (ECOP), Thailand (ECOT), and Vietnam (VCCI); the course will be conducted in English.

      • Target participants:

      Only Cambodian and those who are the HR Managers assuming responsibility for developing people in employers’ organizations or their member companies in the field of management and with the potential to become a future leader of their organization.
