Ltd., a bottler of The Coca-Cola Company, for 3 years, Director of HR & Corporate Affairs for 7 years in Telecom Industry, 9 years HR as HR Managers Manufacturing industry, and 4 years as Assistant to Country Director and Administrator for an NGO.

Villa is one of the founders and Board Directors of CBCA (Cambodia Business Coalition on AIDS), working with business sectors promoting HIV/AIDS and health & safety education and Board Director for HRAC (Human Resource Association of Cambodia).

Villa went through tragic childhood and hardships during the Khmer Rouge’s regime. After the Khmer Rouge was overthrown in 1979, he worked as a house servant, garbage collector, plantation worker, snack seller, horse cart driver, salt field porter, sugar palm producer, and security guard. With his efforts in studies and part-time work,

Villa eventually graduated from the university in 1995. Villa holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and now a father of three children.
