CAMFEBA in conjunction with AOTS will present an international training program aiming for Cambodian participants to deepen their understanding of Human Resource Management in Japanese-affiliated companies by imparting knowledge on theoretical framework of HRM in general and theoretical background of the one that Japanese companies have been applying from.

Also, the program is designed to enhance participants’ capabilities in handling HRM through group discussions in which they seek how to better apply what they learnt in the seminar.

With years of experience in HR field, Sun Samoeun (Mr) has core knowledge and practice of Human Resource Management, Training, Leadership, Management and Communication Skills. He is currently a Senior HR Manager of Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. Prior to this position, he worked as the Head of HR at DFI Lucky, Head of HR Division at First Group (Holdings), HR Manager at Nautisco Seafood Manufacturing Ltd., and Training Coordinator/Master Trainer at Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). With high distinction, Samoeun graduated with a Master of Education from Concordia University, Nebraska, USA. He also obtained a dual Bachelor Degree in TEFL and English for Communication from Norton University, Cambodia.
