These hours can be reduced and eliminated through KAIZEN 5S.

KAIZEN (continuous improvement) and 5S (workplace organization method) philosophy enable you to better understand how to constantly improve work environment and services.

The workshop presents the concepts, tools and techniques involved in implementing KAIZEN concept and 5S methods using a series of easy to understand modules and best practice sharing by the experts.

Chanthy joined ANZ Royal since early 2012 with a break of two years to pursue her Master of Business in Human Resource Management in Auckland, New Zealand.

In her strategic partnering role, she provides supports to management on HR-related issues, acts as an employee champion and change agent, assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively with HR Department and business management. 

Chanthy is the 2017 scholarship recipient of the Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management program from the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) in Japan, where she received her classroom and practical concepts of KAIZEN 5S.

Mr. Mam Sotharin has work experience for more than 10 years in Health, Safety and Environment Management (HSE) at Total Cambodge as an HSE Manager, carrying out safety inspection in various sites—service station, warehouse, depot, production, office, etc. For almost 8 years, he was an HSE Manager at British American Tobacco (BAT) and in charge of promoting safety culture across the company for worker level and supervisor level and for contractors.

Last but not least, he also worked for Cambodian Red Cross for almost 5 years as a Team Leader of Medical Engineering Team.

Apart from his employment experiences, Mr. Mam Sotharin has been conducting various training and workshops on different topics from general safety to the specific ones, such as Forklift Safety, Worksite Safety, Manual Handling, Housekeeping, Defensive Driving, Confined Space Entry, Hand and Portable Tool and so on. Furthermore, he has attended several international training workshops abroad—OSH Management System, Kaizen and 5S in Tokyo, Japan; Environmental, Health and Safety Development Program in Australia; Environmental, Health and Safety Review (audit) Skills in India.

With high distinction, Mr. Mam Sotharin holds a Master Degree in Radio Engineering from Yerevan Polytechnical Institute, Armenia (former Soviet Union) in 1992.
