As the number of business is rapidly growing, NSFF is created with a vision to provide social security services to the private sector employees, including three main products: occupational risk insurance, health insurance and pension scheme. As such, the government has imposed obligation to strictly require the private sector, together in contributing, to provide the social security by initially proposing to pay for 1.7%, which then, as CAMFEBA lobbying, has been reduced to 0.8%, , of the worker’s total salary to be paid by the employers. So, to keep balance employers’ capability and the employees’ benefit, CAMFEBA is working closely to continue lobbying the government and informing our members on the updated law and regulations enforced so as to keep our members in compliant with the so-called labour related matter.
