CAMFEBA-AOTS TRAINING PROGRAM                                  



The collaboration between CAMFEBA and the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation  Center (NICC)   has come   to exist   since  2003 after CAMFEBA became a member of the Confederation of Asia- Pacific Employers (CAPE). Since then,CAMFEBA and her members have been enjoying  the   supports  fromNICC  in the  area  of Human Resources development. Even though, NICC have disbanded in March 2010, but we still  received these oversea training under the full support from The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS). There are around   6  courses per year  that  members  can  join  under fullscholarship from AOTS. All those courses are Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (IR & HRM), Trainers’ Training Program on Managem-ent Training Program (MTP-TT),  Occupational  Safety  and Health  Management  and  Work Environment Improvement (OSH) and so on. scholarship

    Target Participants: Junior to middle managers or specialists of HRM/HRD department who have responsibilities for IR, HRM and/or HRD in their companies/organizations and are willing to play a key role for the dissemination of knowledge in the field of IR/HRM/HRD acquired from the seminar in their respective countries.

    This is the 22 days international training program which will be attended by 21 participants from difference countries in the region including Cambodia (CAMFEBA).

    TARGET PARTICIPANTS

    Persons who have responsibility for OSH management in their companies or

    organizations and are willing to play a key role in the dissemination of knowledge

    in the field of OSH management in their respective countries. Junior to middle

    managers, middle-level staff members or specialists who have responsibility for

    OSH management in Employers’ Organizations or their member companies

    and are likely to become future leaders of Employers’ Organizations or their

    member companies. *Middle managers such as managers, section managers

    or section chiefs are preferable (not beyond these positions).

    (1) Leaders (managers or specialists) of Employers’ Organizations who are involved in activities related to the labor issues and are able to give a presentation on the labor issues of their countries

    (2) Former participants of NICC short-term invitation programs or AOTS/HIDA Employers’ Organizations Cooperation Program in Japan who have responsibilities for IR and/or HRM in their companies/organizations and who are willing to play a key role in disseminating the knowledge in the field of IR and/or HRM
