Formulating a holistic approach to local talent management is challenging in today’s complex business environment. A number of external forces are working together to create a real need for organizations to strengthen their talent pool. The organization has to guide individuals on how to build capabilities, facilitate self-directed learning and provide curated, credible knowledge sources to meet the fast-changing needs.   • Mr. Thadpol Prabsaenpai
    Talent Development and Culture Manager

    EDUCATION AND SKILLS
       MSc - Human Resource and Organization Development, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) Certified Trainer of MTP (Management Training Program), HIDA, Japan Thadpol holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organisation Development.
    He is also a certified trainer of Emergenetics, a psychometric assessment tool, which he effectively puts to good use in helping people realise their potential. He currently works as a Talent Development and Culture Manager, notably instrumental in driving the people performance. He works through improving internal operation processes and developing employees. Throughout his career, he has worked with globally-recognised hotel companies e.g., IHG, Shangri-La and Starwood where he thrived on the challenges of applying a competency model to develop talents at all levels. He has a strong passion in helping people take their strengths to new heights by using a systematic development approach. Thadpol gains an insight on the subject from several development programs that he has managed and is keen to share his personal experience with a large audience.

    Ms. Lilibeth Vargas Villania
    HR Manager of Sciaroni and Associates

       Her HR experience dates back to over 30 years ago. Though she started to informally handle HR initiatives as Training Facilitator, she developed and advanced her HR skills when she became the head of several Non-Government Organizations in the Philippines. She continued to get involved in staff development and honed her HR proficiency when she moved to Cambodia 9 years ago.
    She was with NagaWorld’s Group HR Department for 3 years. Having learned much from her mentor, she pursued part time HR consulting and part time teaching.
    Currently, she is the HR Manager of Sciaroni and Associates for four (4) years now and a part time Lecturer at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Cambodia campus.
    She finished Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology Major in Social Technology at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños Campus.
