DETAIL The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) has recently hosted the tripartite consultation workshop aiming to collect the inputs from the tripartite stakeholders on the draft law on the Procedure of Labor Dispute Resolution. After carefully review this draft law, CAMFEBA worries this new law shall create the pressure and consequence impact on the employer side and does not create the efficiency and effectiveness in labour dispute resolutions. structure and development of this draft Law and learn about its possible implications.
