Mr.Villa Ouk is a HR professional with extensive experiences in HR fields in various corporate companies, where he led and developed HR functions throughout his careers over the past 26 years.

Villa has key responsibilities in corporate business planning and strategic HR planning which consists of workforce planning, succession plan, skill development, talent management, compensation & benefits, policy development, performance management, rewards & recognition, industrial relations, corporate affairs, and administration.

Throughout his HR Management career, Villa Ouk went through many challenges, such as major culture change, localization, re-engineering of workforce and optimization, major industrial issues, and major company re-structuring, where he made significant achievements.

Sadat joined J Trust Royal Bank, formerly ANZ Royal in August 2008 in Human Resource Department. During his career with the bank, he was given opportunity to expand the job responsibilities and promoted to different roles which include the role as Learning and Development Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Delivery Lead and most recently appointed as Head of HR in late 2016.

He is one of the talented members of the bank’s HR community and a proud product of the Bank’s strong focus on developing its people. Over the past years, Sadat has been very passionate in developing people by helping them perform better at their jobs, leading to a greater sense of fulfilment and opening up career opportunities.

Paula Nicolas is an International HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in core disciplines of HR strategy and management.

Paula is currently Managing Partner at HRInc being responsible for HR Consulting and Executive Search. She was previously regional head of HR at VDB Loi, and held regional HR roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Global Sage in Asia and Europe. Paula was an active member of the HK Women’s Forum for Diversity & Inclusion committees at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is currently co-chair of the Women’s network committee at AmCham in Cambodia. Paula is also a member of the board of Directors at the Cambodia BritCham

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Strategy and Organization from ESIC Business School and a Law degree from Universidad San Pablo-CEU. Paula is originally from Spain, having lived in London for 10 years prior to relocating to Asia in February 2009. She has traveled extensively through America, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia.

Mr. NUON Heap, SHRM-SCP candidate, is currently Country Human Resources Manager at SNV Cambodia. He was HR Consultant for HRINC, UNDP and Director of HR at PSI, Director of HR at Pact and Regional HR Manager.   

He has over 15 years of experience in senior management positions of progressive responsibility for managing all aspects of people management at high level of complex cross cultural international and regional offices, playing strategic roles and leading team to aligning people strategic priorities to business priorities and provide advisory services to different regional and country offices to promote culture of diversities focusing on driving performance to achieve results oriented.

Mr. Heap holds MBA in Human Resource Management, international program and BA in Management. Mr. Heap has been professional membership of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-US) since 2013.
