In Business is a new and innovative learning programme designed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) to support enterprises development, growth, and enhancement through peer-learning networks. It consists of a wide range of topics divided into four categories; training tools for SMEs, tools for conflict and disaster settings, manufacturing tools and soft skills training tools. Each module sets out techniques, methods, and worksheets to guide groups through practical steps. The programme becomes self-tailored to the needs and interests of each group. |

13:15-15:30 | Sample session with two of the ILO IN BUSINESS training modules Real first-hand experience with two IN BUSINESS soft skill training modules on Time management & Self Organization and Interpersonal Communication. Participants will work in groups and complete training modules, facilitation by ILO. | |
