It sounds simple, but successful organizations recognize that customer satisfaction stems from a series of interconnected causes and disciplines, and that customer loyalty drives profitability and growth. Based on the survey of nearly 200 senior marketing managers of international consulting company, 71 % responded that they found a customer satisfaction metric very useful in managing and monitoring their businesses. CAMmanet Club is pleased to host our 5th knowledge sharing in order to invite all marketing, sales practitioners and business owner to exchange their experience and best practice in retaining their clients. To encourage the sharing and discussion, we invited the practitioners in dealing with customer and successfully maintaining their customers to facilitate the discussion and share their practical experience and exchange the key tips with all participants. This knowledge sharing shall follow by the networking gathering to provide chance for everyone to network with each other. |
