DETAIL |
For the business sectors outside of the garment, textile, and footwear industry, the cost pressure associated with seniority indemnity may have largely been reduced, to the extent pre-2019 seniority indemnity is concerned, thanks to recent introduction of Instruction No. 42 of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. However, the complexity of seniority indemnity obligations – evident in terms of differentiation of obligations based on whether businesses operate in the garment sector and the non-garment sector, as well as pre-2019 obligations and post-2019 obligations – has presented enormous difficulty for businesses to implement. CEO Luncheon event will present the policy progress and technical aspects relating to the provisions of seniority indemnity regulation. We are pleased to invite you to the CEO LUNCHEON to be held on Tuesday, 30 April 2019. |
